How to request deletion of your personal data from Business Control System.
If you have an account on Business Control System (including if you signed in or interacted with us via a connected WhatsApp or Facebook account), you can request that we delete your personal data.
Submit the form below, or email contact@stoneatech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.
We will process your request within 30 days. Note: business records you entered on behalf of an organization (invoices, projects, financial transactions, etc.) may be retained by that organization for accounting and legal record-keeping purposes even after your personal account is deleted — your name may be replaced with "Former User" on historical records rather than fully erased, where deleting the record entirely would break the organization's financial audit trail.
