These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Business Control System platform (the "Service"), operated by Stone A Tech ("we", "us", "our") at erp.stoneatech.com. By logging in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Self-registration is disabled. Accounts are created only by a Super Admin or a company Administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
Access to each company's data is controlled by roles and permissions configured by that company's Administrator or a Super Admin. You agree to use only the access level granted to you and not to attempt to escalate your own permissions.
The Service is a record-keeping and workflow tool. While it performs calculations (account balances, invoice totals, payroll sums) based on the data entered, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial records, and we are not liable for business decisions made based on data entered incorrectly by you or your organization.
Optional integrations (AI features via Anthropic, messaging via WhatsApp/Facebook via Meta) are subject to those providers' own terms of service. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data handling practices of these third-party providers.
The Service's software, design, and branding are the property of Stone A Tech. Data you enter into the Service remains your organization's property, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or to a specific company or user account, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-payment where applicable. A company Administrator or Super Admin may suspend or reactivate individual users at any time from within the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stone A Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Liberia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
